Our COVID-19 Response

To the AMSR Community,

We hope this note finds you and your family safe as the health crisis impacts the world and our communities. With the spread of this pandemic, we want you to know that there is no higher priority for us than the safety of you, the safety of your family, and the safety of our staff.

Our showroom is now open. We do have restrictions in place to promote social distancing and safety, so it is recommended that you call in advance. Call us at 866.603.5473 and we will help schedule product delivery. Our main focus is to keep you and every member of our team feeling safe, healthy, and supported during these difficult times. Masks are required for non-vaccinated individuals.

Actions AMSR is taking:

• Closely following CDC guidelines, as well as guidelines from the city, state, and the federal government.
• Taking preventive measures to keep our showroom, warehouse, and offices clean and maintain a healthy environment.
• Requiring quarantining and COVID-19 testing for any employee exposed to COVID-19 or who is exhibiting symptoms.
• Asking staff to stay home if they are sick or feeling sick and providing resources to make that possible.

Our sales and customer service teams are available Monday to Friday from 6 am – 9 pm (MST) and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 7 pm (MST) to answer your questions via phone, email, or chat. However, due to the increased customer requests, you may experience longer response times when seeking service, but we will respond to every customer call and email.
